Sometimes we need a personal one-to-one treatment from a therapist. Sometimes, we just need quiet time to relax and bask in gentle healing energy. That is what we offer in our weekly healing group. It is a chance to sit in a healing circle and relax, meditate or tone for about 30 minutes while basking in the wonderful healing energy brought through by our guides and the various musical accompaniments. Everyone is welcome.

I am a qualifeid sound healer and we are very blessed to have the support of Patrick Duff, who is a singer songwriter of much repute and an expert with crystal bowls.

Each weekly format is open to change, but normally Patrick and myself lead the sound healing with attendees joining in if they feel so inclined. The vibration of the tones and harmonies greatly increases the effectiveness of the healing energies generated.

While we aim for personal healing, we also send the energy we generate outwards to whatever global areas we feel are the priority for that week and also towards the names in the healing book we keep in the centre's waiting room.

For new attendees, you will need to prebook your first appointment by email or telephone to the centre. Thereafter, you may come and go as you please. We are normally able to provide as many spaces as are needed.

For attendance, we simply ask for a nominal contribution of £5.
